Free

All local orders are shipped fully insured via The Courier Guy at no charge. You’ll receive a confirmed delivery date — though a specific time window can’t be guaranteed due to courier protocols.

A copy of the recipient’s ID must be provided to the courier driver upon delivery.

Prefer to collect in person? You’re welcome to collect your piece from any of our three studios — Pretoria, Sandton, or Cape Town. Just let us know your preferred location when you place your order.

Fully insured

Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it arrives with you.

Full payment required

We require full payment before any order is couriered. This applies to both local and international shipments.

ID verification on delivery

For security, the recipient must present a copy of their ID to the courier driver upon delivery of the parcel.

Custom piece lead times

Bespoke and custom-designed pieces require manufacturing time before dispatch. Your consultant will confirm a timeline when your design is finalised.
