If we can’t, you’re not obligated to take ownership. We’ll refund the full amount paid. No restocking fees, no awkward conversations, no fine print designed to trap you. Just a prompt, full refund.

For fully bespoke designs, we handle every concern personally. Where costs have been incurred, a partial refund may apply — but we’ll confirm this in writing before we begin.

This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a returns policy. Inspect your piece when it arrives — that’s the moment to say so. We can’t offer a refund on a piece that’s been worn.
