You bring the idea — a sketch, a photo, a feeling — and we craft it into a ring that belongs to no one else.
Our designers work with you from first consultation through to final delivery, across three studios in Pretoria, Sandton and Cape Town.
The Process
The Custom Journey
Step 01
Consultation
In-person or virtual. We sit down to understand your vision, budget and style — bring a sketch, a Pinterest board, or just an idea.
Step 02
Diamond Selection
We guide you to the perfect centre stone, whether that's a mined diamond, lab-grown, moissanite, or another gemstone entirely.
Step 03
Design & 3D Render
Our designers translate your brief into a detailed 3D render. You sign off before anything gets made.
Step 04
Manufacturing
Your ring is crafted from scratch in our Pretoria workshop. No outsourcing — every step stays in our hands.
Step 05
Delivery
Your finished ring is presented in studio, or couriered fully insured anywhere in South Africa and internationally.

Custom doesn't mean more expensive. Because we manufacture in-house, our bespoke rings are priced competitively with what you'd pay for a stock ring.

Frequently asked
How long does a custom ring take?
Most rings are completed within 3 weeks from design approval. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated — speak to your studio consultant.
Can I use my own diamond?
If you have a stone you'd like to set — an heirloom, or a diamond you've already purchased — we'll have to assess it in the studio first. More often than not we'll gladly use it.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
After your design has been completed and your centre diamond selected, a 30% deposit is required to get manufacturing started.
Can I see the ring before manufacturing begins?
Yes — you'll sign off on a detailed 3D render and photo-realistic images before any manufacturing starts. Nothing gets made without your approval.
